Three key outcomes

  • How to spot the repeat tasks worth automating first
  • Building prompts you can reuse rather than rewrite
  • Getting more out of Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT

What you leave with

  • Two or three finished workflows built on your real work
  • A reusable prompt library for your role
  • A short plan for the next month

Who it's for

Two ways to work together

Pick the starting point that fits your situation. Both lead with a free call.

Personal

One-to-one coaching

Private sessions built around your job, your tools and your working week. Best for leaders, founders and professionals who want personal guidance.

Team

Small team training

Hands-on training for teams of up to around 12 people. We work on your real processes so everyone leaves with the same practical approach.

Why this training is worth your time

  • Built around real workplace tasks

We work on your own emails, reports and processes rather than sample exercises.

  • You leave with repeatable methods

Prompts, checklists and workflows you can run again next week without help.

  • Implementation, not AI theory

No history of machine learning. The whole session is about getting work done.

  • The right starting point saves money

Choosing the wrong course, or the wrong tool, costs far more than an hour of honest advice.

  • Teams end up working the same way

Shared standards mean output stays consistent whoever is drafting it.

What you receive

  • A prompt set written for your own work
  • A short written summary of the agreed workflows
  • A plain-English reference sheet

Before you book, here's exactly what happens

How long it lasts
Half a day or a full day, depending on the session recommended to you.

Questions people ask before booking

I'm completely new to AI. Is this suitable?

Yes. Several of the sessions assume no previous experience and start in plain English. The finder asks about your current use, so it will point you to the beginner starting point rather than something that talks over your head.

I've already used ChatGPT or Copilot. Will this be too basic?

The recommendation takes your current experience into account. If you already use AI regularly, or you need implementation support, the finder routes you to more advanced work or to a fit call rather than a beginner session.

Will the training relate to my actual work?

Yes. Sessions are built around practical workplace scenarios, and after booking you'll be asked a few short questions about your role and the tasks that take up most of your week so the examples are your own.

What if we work with sensitive information?

Tell us in question four of the finder. Sensitive or regulated work is routed to a fit call so privacy, security and suitability can be considered properly before anything is booked.

Do I need to book a call first?

No. Individuals and standard-size teams can book suitable standard training online without speaking to anyone first.

What if I'm not sure what we need?

Choose "I'm not sure" at any point. The finder treats that as a signal to suggest the most sensible next step, which may be a short conversation rather than a purchase.

What tools do I need?

Requirements vary by session, so they are confirmed with your recommendation and again in your booking confirmation. As a rule you'll need a computer, a stable internet connection and access to whichever AI tool your organisation already pays for.

What happens after I book?

You'll receive a confirmation, a few short preparation questions about your work, and joining instructions before the session. Afterwards you'll get your written summary and prompt set.

Your team is already using AI. Are they using it to your standards?

If your team is experimenting with AI but the output is inconsistent, I can help you set simple, shared standards so everyone uses it safely and produces work that matches your expectations.
